Why the answer is no
A supervised exam checks that the person answering is the person enrolled. That is the entire purpose of it, and the consequences of being found on the wrong side of that check belong to you permanently, not to whichever service took the money. No fee makes that trade sensible.
So requests to log in, to appear on camera, to sit in a testing center or to work around a locked browser are declined at the quote stage and not discussed further. A service willing to say yes has told you how it treats risk generally, which is worth knowing before you hand it anything else.
What a supervised sitting actually asks of you
Content is only half of what an exam tests under these conditions. The other half is performing on a schedule, in a room you have cleared, on a machine that has been checked, with a stranger able to see you and a clock that does not care how well you know the material.
Students who have only ever studied at a kitchen table with notes nearby meet all of that for the first time on the day. That is an avoidable surprise, and removing it is most of what good preparation for a proctored exam actually consists of.

What about quizzes that are not proctored?
Ordinary coursework quizzes are covered as part of class support, prepared for from the material they cover rather than met cold. The line is identity: anything requiring you to prove who you are, whether by camera, a testing center or an identity check, is yours alone to sit. That distinction is stated when the work is quoted rather than discovered later.
My exam is open-book. Does that change anything?
It changes what to practice, not whether you prepare. Open-book papers usually ask you to apply something rather than recall it, and searching a textbook mid-question costs more time than students expect. Preparation focuses on knowing where things are, on working the question types quickly, and on a rehearsal that runs under the same time limit as the real paper.
Are one-to-one sessions available before the date?
They are scheduled around your calendar with a specialist in the subject, and they run on whatever the practice papers have exposed rather than on a generic syllabus tour. Most students take a few in the fortnight before the date. They can be bought alone, with no coursework and no study plan attached, and they are priced per session.
How long before the exam should I start?
Whatever time exists is what the plan is built around, and a fortnight handled properly beats six weeks of unfocused reading.
